Our processing time is between 1-3 business days.

If you are located in Canada...your shipping may be up to 10 business days.

If you are located in the US...your shipping may be up to 15 business days and receive duties.

If you are located in the Caribbean...your shipping may be up to 20 business days and receive duties.

Black women are often overlooked, underrepresented and underappreciated as consumers. We seek to provide high quality beauty-lifestyle products with black women at the forefront of our offerings. A portion of each purchase will go to our quarterly donations to causes that address the following: the empowerment of black girls, women and youth; poverty, mental health and/or domestic violence. We will be donating to NGOs or charities affiliated with Jamaica or within the Jamaican Diaspora.

In Jamaica we have a saying "We likkle but we tallawah" which translates to "we may be small but we're a driving force/resilient". Giving back is a huge part of who we are as a company and we hope to one day be able to do scholarships for individuals who are interested in black centred beauty and lifestyle!

Silk is a natural fiber and we wanted the absolute best for our customers. Our silk pillowcases are 22 Momme Grade 6A. The number of Momme determines the high quality and the thickness in density of the silk. Finding the balance between quality and density provides the best quality for your skin and hair. Our silk pillowcases are 22 Momme 100% Mulberry Silk and Standard 100 OEKO-Tex Certified. They are anti-aging, anti-hair breakage, anti-acne, and anti-crease!

The surface of your silk pillowcase is temperature neutral therefore you will feel the difference between silk and cotton pillowcases. It allows for hydration to take place and your skin to partake in the skin cell removal process overnight. This helps with the anti-aging and anti-acne benefits.

Whether in its original state, permed, or in a protective style - our hair is vulnerable to our day-to-day. Silk fibres have very similar structure with that of human hair and contains 97% amino acids with 3% of waxy and fat fibres. This helps to reduce hair damage, including frizz and split ends...ultimately making your silk pillowcase a great investment.

We believe in cleanliness so we definitely would like to encourage our customers to wash or change your bed linen weekly. Our recommendation is to have your silk pillowcase(s) washed weekly as well. 

Silk pillowcases are hypo-allergenic, can be anti-aging, anti-acne, anti-hair breakage and anti-crease. That's a lot of benefits! Even with all of the benefits listed, silk pillowcases are an investment that will last you between 8-12 months.

If you follow the washing instructions, you should be able to keep yours for the latter half of the projection.

This is a black woman prioritized space and most of our products will be with black women and their experiences in mind.
